1. Who we are

TireloHub is a booking and business-management platform for South African service businesses. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

2. Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), business information, bookings, messages, and payment metadata. We collect only what is needed to operate the service.

Clients booking through a business share their contact and booking details with that business, who acts as the responsible party for that data.

3. How we use it

To provide bookings, notifications, invoicing, and support; to process subscription and deposit payments; and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share data with processors that help run the service (hosting, email, payment gateways) under appropriate safeguards, and with the specific business you book with. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. Contact privacy@bookwise.pro to exercise these rights.

6. Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures.
